Marsh Homes
Privacy, terms and disclaimer
Privacy
Who we are. Marsh Works Pty Ltd (ABN 53 626 222 722), trading as Marsh Homes. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect. When you send an enquiry: your name, email address and phone number; the property's street address, suburb and state; whether you own it; how you heard about us; and how you would like us to contact you. If you are an agent or property manager, also your business and your client's name. We note which design you were looking at and, if you came from an advertising link, the campaign details in that link.
Why. To reply to you, assess the property and prepare a proposal. We will not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where your details go. The website sends your enquiry to our customer records, which are stored in Sydney. The website itself runs on Cloudflare, which may handle data outside Australia. We reply by email through Google Workspace. When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent it. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
How long. The website keeps its own copy of your enquiry for 90 days after it reaches our records, then clears your personal details from it. Our records keep your details while we work with you, and afterwards unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices. You can ask to see or correct the details we hold, or ask us to delete them: email jake@marshhomes.au or call 0432 104 873. If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy matter, tell us first. If it is not resolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Terms
Pictures, plans and 3D models are artist's impressions and approximate. Prices and scope are set only in a written proposal and contract. Nothing on this website is an offer to enter a building contract.
Disclaimer
We don't promise any rental return, property value or approval outcome. The block checker is an illustration only. Planning information on this website is general, and every property needs its own check against the current planning scheme.
